Secure Ordering

Red Hot Iron Works uses PayPal for credit card processing transactions. A PayPal account is not needed (unless redeeming a gift certificate) and you do not need to sign up for anything. Red Hot Iron Works does not receive credit card account information from an order placed by customers. The only information we receive is the shipping address along with product information.

Shipping

• UPS is used for all shipments. A physical address must be provided since UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

• Shipping costs: Unless otherwise indicated, all orders ship for a flat rate of only $8. Orders totaling more than $100 ship free using UPS Ground service.

• Shipping time: Varies depending on availability. Most orders are shipped within two business days.

• You will be notified of the extended delivery date if your order will not arrive within 3-7 business days.

• UPS Next Day and 2nd Day delivery are available upon request.

• We ONLY ship within the United States.

• Sales tax will be added for Texas residents.

Privacy Policy

Red Hot Iron Works values your privacy. We use the personal information you provide for internal purposes only. We use this information for confirming and tracking your order, and informing you of our new products and specials. We will never sell, rent, or otherwise give your information to any third parties.

Guarantee - Return Policy

Every item leaving Red Hot Iron Works with my name on it is guaranteed for a lifetime. With proper care, your ironwork will last for generations. Because of the unique way ironwork is created, no two items are alike. The item you receive may be slightly different from those pictured, but rest assured, your satisfaction is guaranteed. Red Hot Iron Works will cheerfully exchange your item or refund your money. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, return within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Any product received damaged must be reported to Red Hot Iron Works within 48 hours of receiving to receive a replacement.

Custom Orders

All orders for custom designed pieces require a minimum 50% deposit of the item's final quoted price. Wholesale pricing is available to qualified businesses. Please call or e-mail for wholesale pricing.
